- LYLAS will not account any responsibility or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier services or insufficient/incorrect address provided by customers. In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer. We are not responsible for risk of loss of the merchandise after J&T delivers to the address.
- We do not take responsibility if J&T can’t deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. You can track your order here by using the airway bill that we sent you and call J&T Customer Service (0800 100 1188) for assistance.
