Return and exchange

You have 3 days to request for return or exchange your items.

Contact our customer service at: hello@lylas.co and specify the items that you wish to return by including these following information:

  1. Order ID
  2. Item(s)
  3. Return or exchange reason
  4. Photo of defect*

*Please note that we only process exchange for item(s) with defect. We will not incur any charge for exchange of item(s) (in case of defect).

Our customer service will send you a confirmation email about the return. Be mindful that all exchanges are based on stock availability. Please do not send us your return/exchanged item(s) prior to receiving our confirmation email. We will not be liable to respond to requests without confirmation.

Any additional costs incurred to complete the return and exchange process will be borne by customers.

You have 5 days to ship the item(s) to us once you have received our confirmation email. Item(s) have to remain unused and unwashed. Please keep all the tags and packages with it.
