How to order

Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process. Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order.


Browse through our collection and click on your desired item to view close-up images. Don’t forget to choose your desired size and colour (if available).

Add to cart

Add your chosen items to your shopping bag by clicking ADD TO CART button. Please repeat this step for as many items as you desire.


You can review your selected items by hovering your mouse to SHOPPING BAG icon on the left header, and choose VIEW CART. You can still change the quantity of your items by entering the desired value and click UPDATE BAG to ensure the changes are in place.


When you have finalised your order, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Please note that we cannot guarantee the product availability before you check out.

Sign in & personal data

Fill in the order form accordingly. For first-time shoppers, you can also create a LYLAS account while submitting your details.

Place order

Click PLACE ORDER and your confirmed order will be sent to us. You will receive an auto-generated email that contains your Order ID. Additionally, please note that, at the moment, we only accept payment in the form of bank transfer.

All payments are required to be made within 24 hours.  Orders will be cancelled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.

Confirm payment

After you confirmed your order and made the required bank transfer payment, please return on our webstore and click on PAYMENT CONFIRMATION at the bottom of your screen (link for payment confirmation will also be included in your order confirmation email). Please fill the payment confirmation form accordingly. We will check your payment based on these details.

Shipping and arrival

You will receive our confirmation email once we have confirmed your payment and shipped your order. Meanwhile, just sit back, have some wine, and wait for your order to arrive!
