No, LYLAS currently doesn’t have any physical store. LYLAS is a webstore where customer can shop 24/7.

Are your items ready?

Yes, all of our items are ready stock.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can go to log in page and click on “Lost your password?” button. Then you will be asked to provide the email address that you used to sign in and we will send an email to assist you with the recovery.

How can I shop or place order?

How do I know what size I am?

We provide sizing guide for every item that comes with multiple sizes. Please follow our guide to measure your body.

Can I pay with credit cards or paypal?

No. Currently, we only provide payment method via bank transfer.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Please allow 1-5 days after payment confirmation for your items to arrive.

Can I get my order earlier?

All orders from web will be shipped through JNE Regular services. Should you wish to request for JNE YES service, please place your order through our LINE account.

My order has not arrived and it’s behind schedule. What should I do?

You can track your order here by using the airway bill that we sent you and call JNE Customer Service (021-2927 8888) for assistance.

Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?

All purchase of sale items are final and non-refundable.
